In the effort to improve government efficiency, all are looking for cut jobs, as a cry for 28’ develops. Remember management bloated government payrolls, as payment for political donations during elections. You can start with the Biden-Harris appointees. Do not worry about knowledge loss, as they had none. An appointee with skill sets needed for a job, are rare. Becareful, as many will sabotage the incoming group. Prosecute them, as they will leave a trail. Many of the staff employed at lower levels are pawns and their jobs should be deleted by voluntary retirement and buy outs to start. Overtime then delete duplicate jobs by reassigning then elimination. This was not there fault. Invoke a hiring freeze with certain jobs, so that none of these moves can be used by the media to shame you.

   Much of the waste in government will be with the no bid contracts and companies associated with political insiders and their families. Many politicians will come quietly and say don’t cut this program or contract please, it is hear you will find the fraud, when you dig deeper. Shut down the fraud first, let the country see the change and then quietly go after those behind it. You take away the media spin and everyone wins. Bring change to quickly without visible results will backfire. Being swift and an expose’ is not the agenda, completing the task and removing waste is. Remember this, as the two of you move forward.
