The political climate and media is so toxic now and change has only been in place for a month. We have Civil Rights groups willing to accept mediocrity based on race rather than excellence in a new color blind merit system. The short term DEI hires add numbers, but give a false narrative of all is well. But it is the long term skill level, which suffers and most added are dismissed over time. You send your best for true change. Work to educate your children, but many will not do this. Jobs given for past injustices has not worked in the past 60 years. Jobs given should be based on merit rather than unprepared person on a job, they can not handle, then are fired. Corporations will only cut back. What happened before 1865 does not fall on the backs of current Americans who immigrated later. Slaves were agricultural in their contribution, but did not build the cities, bridges, railroads and industrial plants on a whole. This was the wealth of the country, not cotton production. Tread lightly, because Native Americans have first dibs.

   Town Hall meetings and the general public has an educated opinion on Federal Department cuts? The Biden Administration continued to hire probationary workers even when not needed as political favors in 23‘ and 24‘. This is the fat. Most federal workers put in 4 hours of work while being paid for 8. This is the waste. You are not losing services if the average worker gets off their fat ass and does their job. This is what needs to change. No one in that Roswell town hall has experience handling federal workers and the need to fire or hire. Emotions have clouded their minds. You will pay back the debt to America one way or another and you will lose land. The citizens supporting Russia in Ukraine were terrorized and Putin stepped in. I am not here to judge. Get over it or call the EU and let them support your free ride. Just know the Justice Dept. is coming for all those off shore accounts, you and your associates have hidden with American funds.    A little insight, those 2 billion in funds funneled to Stacy, dig a little deeper into the balance sheets of the organizations that got funding. Their accounting is sloppy DEI, as oversight is rarely never done on an org and certain outgoing funds will lead to a dead end theft or is a possible kick back.
