Two years ago, the Acting Attorney General asked me to serve as Special Counsel, and he created the Special Counsel’s Office.

   The appointment order directed the office to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. This included investigating any links or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump campaign.

   I have not spoken publicly during our investigation. I am speaking today because our investigation is complete. The Attorney General has made the report on our investigation largely public. And we are formally closing the Special Counsel’s Office. As well, I am resigning from the Department of Justice and returning to private life.

   I’ll make a few remarks about the results of our work. But beyond these few remarks, it is important that the office’s written work speak for itself.

   Let me begin where the appointment order begins: and that is interference in the 2016 presidential election.

   As alleged by the grand jury in an indictment, Russian intelligence officers who were part of the Russian military launched a concerted attack on our political system.

   The indictment alleges that they used sophisticated cyber techniques to hack into computers and networks used by the Clinton campaign. They stole private information, and then released that information through fake online identities and through the organization WikiLeaks. The releases were designed and timed to interfere with our election and to damage a presidential candidate.

   The Deep State does not expect you to tap the NSA transfer rates, as it would expose all internet traffic is monitored. So it is up to you to expose this to the Democratics in secret or go public. Give them a choice or they can roll the dice. Records will show an internal breach by Seth, now what? A death masked as a robbery after a data breach transferred (probable cause) to him, then leaked to Wikileaks? As for Assange, let him go, or I personally with the help of the Almighty, will probe your minds and release your deepest secrets. Come after me, as you were told, I am untouchable as the voice of the Almighty. The Almighty states, “All life begins and ends according to His Will”. Please try me or heed His warning. So Pelosi, do you want to play in the Big leagues against the prophets of God or fold? The choice this one time only, is in your hands, choose wisely.

   And at the same time, as the grand jury alleged in a separate indictment, a private Russian entity engaged in a social media operation where Russian citizens posed as Americans in order to interfere in the election.

   These indictments contain allegations. And we are not commenting on the guilt or innocence of any specific defendant. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

   The indictments allege, and the other activities in our report describe, efforts to interfere in our political system. They needed to be investigated and understood. That is among the reasons why the Department of Justice established our office.

   That is also a reason we investigated efforts to obstruct the investigation. The matters we investigated were of paramount importance. It was critical for us to obtain full and accurate information from every person we questioned. When a subject of an investigation obstructs that investigation or lies to investigators, it strikes at the core of the government’s effort to find the truth and hold wrongdoers accountable.

   Let me say a word about the report. The report has two parts addressing the two main issues we were asked to investigate.

   The first volume of the report details numerous efforts emanating from Russia to influence the election. This volume includes a discussion of the Trump campaign’s response to this activity, as well as our conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to charge a broader conspiracy.

   And in the second volume, the report describes the results and analysis of our obstruction of justice investigation involving the President.

  The order appointing me Special Counsel authorized us to investigate actions that could obstruct the investigation. We conducted that investigation and we kept the office of the Acting Attorney General apprised of the progress of our work.

   As set forth in our report, after that investigation, if we had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said that.

   Key words are here. We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the President did commit a crime. All are innocent, unless proven guilty. The introduction to volume two of our report explains that decision.

   It explains that under long-standing Department policy, a President cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view—that too is prohibited.

   The Special Counsel’s Office is part of the Department of Justice and, by regulation, it was bound by that Department policy. Charging the President with a crime was therefore not an option we could consider.

   The Department’s written opinion explaining the policy against charging a President makes several important points that further informed our handling of the obstruction investigation. Those points are summarized in our report. And I will describe two of them:

   First, the opinion explicitly permits the investigation of a sitting President because it is important to preserve evidence while memories are fresh and documents are available. Among other things, that evidence could be used if there were co-conspirators who could now be charged. There were no co-conspirators charged with a crime, as the President could not have acted alone, and they are not protected under law. This is where the investigation goes astray, and the Democratics instead of sniffing blood now smell sh.t.

   And second, the opinion says that the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting President of wrongdoing.

   And beyond Department policy, we were guided by principles of fairness. It would be unfair to potentially accuse somebody of a crime when there can be no court resolution of an actual charge.

   So that was the Justice Department policy and those were the principles under which we operated. From them we concluded that we would not reach a determination – one way or the other – about whether the President committed a crime. That is the office’s final position and we will not comment on any other conclusions or hypotheticals about the President. Mueller states he has no position as to a crime, but has led the Democrats to believe, they can investigate further by design. If they choose, continue down a perilous path, as he washes his hands of the investigation and resigns from the Justice Department.

   We conducted an independent criminal investigation and reported the results to the Attorney General—as required by Department regulations.

   The Attorney General then concluded that it was appropriate to provide our report to Congress and the American people.

   At one point in time I requested that certain of the report be released. The Attorney General preferred to make the entire report public all at once. We appreciate that the Attorney General made the report largely public. I do not question the Attorney General’s good faith in that decision.

   I hope and expect this to be the only time that I will speak about this matter. I am making that decision myself—no one has told me whether I can or should testify or speak further about this matter.

   There has been discussion about an appearance before Congress. Any testimony from this office would not go beyond our report. It contains our findings and analysis, and the reasons for the decisions we made. We chose those words carefully, and the work speaks for itself.

   The report is my testimony. I would not provide information beyond that which is already public in any appearance before Congress.

   In addition, access to our underlying work product is being decided in a process that does not involve our office.

   So beyond what I have said here today and what is contained in our written work, I do not believe it is appropriate for me to speak further about the investigation or to comment on the actions of the Justice Department or Congress.

   It is for that reason that I will not take questions here today.

   Before I step away, I want to thank the attorneys, the FBI agents, the analysts, and the professional staff who helped us conduct this investigation in a fair and independent manner. These individuals, who spent nearly two years with the Special Counsel’s Office, were of the highest integrity.

   I will close by reiterating the central allegation of our indictments—that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election.

   That allegation deserves the attention of every American.

   Mueller never provided what Trump did to obstruct justice, if not charged with a crime of Collusion. No crime, which was stated, no obstruction.

   I have a warning for Pelosi and friends. Please let this continue, as you debate this in the American media. You will lose. Ignore the fact the Russian collusion did not exist or change a single vote. Yet you project the election was stolen, you lose. Look around at the storms and floods as in your arrogance never thought would come, this will only increase, as you ignore this warning. You lose. You were told through the powers of the Almighty, He would cleanse this country. We are just beginning and you are so stupid as to allow abortions for the rights of women? So we equate the balance, the rights you think woman have or the right of life that God, the author or all life creates? Choose, fragile creatures.

   You continue to slap the Almighty’s face by promoting, that which offends Him, which comes from satan, homosexuality and abortion. Morals, life of the soul starts at conception, not when a body leaves a vagina or surgically. I told you, there is a bond between child and mother in place forged over 9 months. As the idiots that you are, this concept is beyond your primitive minds.

   Oh, so the words in the Bible have not progressed to encompass the events of today? What about that God knows all of the past, present and the future. It is you, that is being put to the test, and as I see it. You are losing, but your minds cannot comprehend this, as you still think, these are natural events. Loss of property will accelerate, due to an increase in strange storms, tsunamis and unusual quakes. You will be unprepared.

   So what does not the Mueller Report reveal? He is a deep state operative, but was promised evidence was there. The deep state always lies. This is why, he accepted he job. After probing, he stated there was no collusion and no evidence. Yet he did not charge a crime to anyone in the US for collusion to the Russians, as all are innocent until proven guilty. Again as a lawyer, you cannot charge obstruction, if there is no crime. So you pass it to the inept Democratic Congress as a last hope? Try to impeachment as this is your only hope, knowing not one of you, will beat Trump in a national election in 2020. If the election occurs. Some in the media on certain a channel already see this.

   For the investigation on how this started, the DNC and Hillary e-mails that were released, will show a pattern of collusion with the global elite. Back trace the IP addresses of contacts related to Podesta. Coupled with the cash inflow and sudden stop of funds to the Clinton Foundation upon her loss, and the movement of funds overseas. Subpoena the NSA on in and outgoing traffic to the DNC and Hillary Clinton servers in secret by Executive Order. It is here you will find crimes.

   Release the charges in the heat of the primary season and all will fall. The FISA warrants will easily be found to be engineered to start an investigation. They expect you to start here. The plan is to be bogged down with little cooperation from the judges. By pass what they expect you to do. Upon reading this, Pelosi shortly will be cowering quietly, as she knows I do not bluff.

   Trump wants to use tariffs against Mexico to stop immigration. So just those who are caught at the border, amounts to 1.2 million people per year, and you are worried about tariffs? Mexico has to absorb the preliminary costs due to signed contracts, some long term, as to providing parts to the US Auto industry.

   Yes when the contracts are up for renewal, pricing will be a factor, or the automakers will choose US suppliers. Or they could stop illegals from crossing their southern border. That is the bottom line. Any increase in the cost of cars will be just plain greed, due to an opportunity. This is not what the media wants to reveal.

   Did you run the numbers on the cost of the care and housing of 1.2 million illegal people? Even a conservative number of 10 K per person for a year of care is 12 billion dollars, as a cost to the American people and again tariffs meant to change behavior is your problem. This is why your politicians and media spokesmen are soooo stupid.

   Today you speak about, how the citizenship question on the Census  may deter Hispanic voters. I ask how, if the tallies are due after 2020? If there are legal,  not one would fear the Census. Only those who would register thus changing Congressional representation due to population that is not legal is the point. How would this would favor the Republicans? It would not, as it would favor America. Illegals now in play would add to the population once counted would redistribute the Congressional representatives of this nation or so they hope. This is the deceit of the Democratic Party and their goal. You need to ask, why allow millions into this nation already 20 trillion in debt? The sad part, they offer limited solutions for our own.

   Today you have heard of another mass shooting in Virginia Beach. This will only escalate as you think of gun control, will change the path of current events. This is by design, as the few dictate the rights of millions. What will change, is that you hope to disarm the general public to protect those now are innocent, you hope that those affected would not have died, because of a gun. You hope a new law will stop the carnage. This will not change the plight or path of mankind. I have told you, that the dark one controls the minds of the weak, but you refuse to believe this, there is a power beyond your comprehension. Ban guns, and they will be acquired through the black market. Inventive, those who are dark souls. They will pour gasoline in a the classroom at the only exit door, as I can visualize this, and your children instead of being shoot, will be burned alive in agony. You have no clue of what you are up against, and your laws will not protect you.

   I told you, this is about choosing good over evil. It is about what seems right, is wrong. It is about that you, as mankind are not in control of your destiny, but you have choices. Look around as all of you believe in, is compromised, and you do not know who to trust. Trust in God directly, and not through a man or woman, as many will say they represent Him as a false prophet. As for me, trust is earned through the decades. I told you, 4 prophets have been identified, and three are unknown to me and the world presently. Look for the humble for hope.
